Use this wonderful spice mix to prepare Mashed Stir-Fried Vegetables. Boil potatoes, cauliflower, green peas and garlic in water until tender. Melt butter and add onions. Fry until transparent. Add tomatoes and capsicum. Add Shan Pav Bhaji Mix and fry for 3 minutes. Add mashed vegetables. Stir-fry 3 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and sliced green chillies. Recipe included. 9.5 oz
