  
A coarsely ground version of the Caribbean standard, this blend combines over one dozen zesty herbs and spices. Originally popular as a seasoning for marinating chicken and pork, this version adds a spicy snap when sprinkled over turkey, steaks and ribs. Use 2 Tbsp. per lb. of meat. Coat chicken, pork loin or steak with a bit of olive oil and sprinkle Montego Bite over the top before baking or, combine spices with fresh lime juice, orange juice, soy sauce and olive oil, then marinate meat for 1 hour or more and either grill or bake. Reduce marinade after cooking and pour over meat. 2.5 oz net wt.
